My name is Bob Myers--Pastor Bob to my church family, and I have been the Pastor here since 2002. I have been married to my beautiful Luaine since 1969. We have two grown children. Our son and his family live in Silver City, New Mexico, and our daughter and her family live in Arlington, Texas. I am a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas with two degrees: Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees. I also have a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Adams State College in Colorado. Colorado is the state I was born and raised in, but I have also lived in many other states. Del Norte Baptist is the fourth church I have been privileged to serve as the pastor.

My name is Kevin Warner and I have been at Del Norte Baptist Church since September, 2002. Currently I serve as the Growth Pastor, which includes spiritual and numerical growth.  My wife Toni and I married in October 1973.  We have spent 32 of those years here in New Mexico.  Toni was born in Arkansas and I was born in California but raised in Boise, Idaho.  Our son and grandsons are all native New Mexicans.  Eastern New Mexico University in Portales is my college alma mater.  It has been my honor to have served on church staffs in Bloomfield, Portales, Elida, Arch and Eunice, New Mexico as well as three years in Big Spring, Texas.  Albuquerque has become "home" for us and Del Norte Baptist is a wonderful place to serve and worship.

I am so glad to be the Worship Pastor, since September 2007, at Del Norte Baptist Church.  I am a native New Mexican, but have not been a resident since transferred to Wayland Baptist University in 1985.  Since graduating from Wayland Baptist University in 1988 and Southwest Seminary in 1991 I have been a full-time vocational minister.  I completed my Doctor of Worship Studies degree from The Institute for Worship Studies in 2006. Jennifer and I celebrated our twentieth wedding anniversary on August 1, 2007.  Our beautiful and talented daughters, Joy and Melody, are truly the light of our lives.  My grandmother, Velma Pinkston, has lived with us since 1996 and our two Chihuahuas joined the family in 2001.

Hi! My name is Lillian Moon and I am blessed to be the Children’s Minister here at Del Norte Baptist. My husband’s name is Danny Moon and we have been married for 38 years. We have two beautiful daughters and 5 outstanding grandchildren. I am a retired school teacher; who comes from a family of 17 teachers. The love and excitement of working with children is part of my very being. When you are teaching children there is never a dull moment. What a joy it is to work with such dedicated, loving people that put into practice Jesus’ command, “Let the little children come to Me.”

My name is Judi Hain. I’ve worked at Del Norte for many, many years. I have a wonderful daughter, Catherine. She and her husband, Mark, have given me three TERRIFIC grandchildren; Jacob 13, Shelby 11, and Morghan 8. They have made me a proud soccer grandma and fan. My husband and I moved to Albuquerque in 1972 and this church has been my family ever since. I’m a native New Mexican, born and raised in Roswell i.e. alien country. Besides watching my grandchildren play soccer, I cross stitch and sew.

I was born in New Iberia, LA, but before I was aware of anything my parents moved us out of the swamp and into the desert of New Mexico. We started off in Artesia, and then around age 11, moved up to Kirtland – the town not the air force base – where I graduated from high school in 2000. Then it was on to the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. I began part time at Del Norte in February of 2003 while attending UNM. After (finally) graduating from UNM with a History degree in December 2005, I became full time here at the church. I was married in April of 2007 to my kindergarten sweetheart Joni (Ok, so I thought girls had cooties in kindergarten but we were in the same class).  Our daughter Alyssa was born in September of 2008, and she is well aware of the fact that she is the cutest little girl on the planet, just ask her grandparents.
